[DRAFT — NOT REVIEWED BY COUNSEL. Jeff to approve before this label is removed.]
Last updated: 2026-10-14. These terms govern your use of ChronoScrape at chronoscrape.com and the ChronoScrape dashboard and alerts (the “Service”). By applying for or using the Service you agree to them.
ChronoScrape collects publicly available watch listings and sold-price data, compares listings with market prices, and shows graded deals to approved dealers. It is an information service. It is not a broker, escrow agent, appraiser or seller of watches.
Access is by application and is reviewed, not automatic. We may approve, decline or end access at our discretion. You are responsible for keeping your login and alert channel private and for what is done with them.
Grades, market prices and margins are estimates drawn from third-party data that may be late, incomplete or wrong. A listing may be sold, withdrawn or misdescribed by the time you see it. Every buying decision, and the checks that go with it (authenticity, condition, seller identity, payment method), are yours. We are not responsible for losses from any purchase or sale.
Fees, if any, are agreed with you on admission. Founding pricing is revealed on admission. Nothing on this website is an offer at a stated price.
Listings and prices belong to the marketplaces, sellers and auction houses they come from. Their names are used only to say where data came from. We are not affiliated with them or with any watch brand.
ChronoScrape is operated by the same company as WristMachines, a watch dealer that uses the same feed. We do not delay or withhold deals from subscribers. If you request an introduction to a listing, the desk does not pursue that unit for 48 hours.
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions: jeff@chronoscrape.com.
